What Happens When My Subscription Expires?
Since payment is manual, here's what happens at the end of your subscription period:

- Account Downgrade: Your account automatically changes from "Pro" status to "Free" status
- Access Changes: You'll no longer be able to access the Lotto Forecast App (app.visuallottoboard.com) and will be redirected to the free results website
- No Data Loss: Your account and data remain safe. When you renew, everything will be back as it was
How to Renew Your Subscription
Renewing is as simple as making your first payment:

- Click "Renew Subscription" or "Upgrade to Pro"
- Make payment through Paystack
- Instant reactivation of your Pro status
⚠️ Important: We don't currently offer automatic subscription cancellation since payment is manual. Simply don't renew when your subscription period ends if you wish to stop using Pro features.
Refund Policy

Double Payment Refunds
If you accidentally make a double payment (paying twice for the same subscription period), we will refund the second payment. To request a refund:
